Sutton Foster, an actor who sings, dances, and performs she has been featured in 11 Broadway productions which include the latest production of Violet. She also originated parts in Broadway as a singer, dancer and actor in The Drowsy Chaperone and Little Women. The actress's Tony Award winning performances include Anything Goes, Thoroughly Modern Millie, and Young Frankenstein. Star Search was her first television appearance at the young age of 15. Then she appeared in Bunheads as well as Psych and also Johnny and the Sprites and Flight of the Conchords. Sutton Foster is a soloist performing in the US and overseas along with Michael Rafter. They have recorded songs from her debut CD "Wish", as well the sequel CD, An Evening With Sutton Foster Live At The Cafe Carlyle. Sutton received an honorary doctorate in the year 2011 in the form of Ball State University, where she is also advisor and faculty member for the Department of Theatre and Dance. She has been starring in TV Land's "Younger" which was created by Darren Star, since March 2015.
